Why a gym system built in Lebanon
GymLeb started in 2024 with a simple observation: gyms in Lebanon were running on spreadsheets, paper cards and turnstiles that had no idea who had paid. Owners chased renewals by phone, and the front desk decided who got in.
So we built one system around how these gyms actually work. Prices and reports come in both USD and LBP. The dashboard works fully in Arabic, right to left. Renewal reminders go out on WhatsApp, because that is where members read them. And the door is part of the system: GymLeb connects to Hikvision face and fingerprint terminals through a small on-site gateway, so door access follows each member's subscription, and changes made while a terminal is offline are applied the moment it reconnects.
Today gyms, ladies-only clubs, martial arts schools and personal coaches from Tripoli to Sour run their members, billing and doors on GymLeb, and their members use the GymLeb app on iOS and Android.
